RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At
G Spec Performance, we value your business and would like every customer to be
satisfied with each purchase. In the event something must be returned, please
do not send parts back without calling or emailing us for a Return Goods Authorization
(RGA) number in advance. We may be reached at 760-535-2259 or Sales@GSpec.com.
- All returns must be
made on a prepaid basis.
- All merchandise
must be returned within 30 days, unused, in its original box for a prompt
and courteous refund, exchange or credit.
- Original shipping
and handling charges are not refundable. In certain cases a restocking fee
may be applied.
- Some special order
items may not be returned for credit or refund.
- Electrical items
that have been plugged in will not be returned.
The
RGA number will ensure prompt and effective credit of your returned items.
Please be sure this # is clearly marked on the box at the time of return. Any packages
received w/o the RGA# clearly marked will not receive credit.
If
your package was received damaged, we ask you notify us within 3 days of
receipt. This will allow us to get any claims in process quickly. Some damage
claims will be made by us, others must be made by you. It will depend on the
carrier, but we will lend any assistance possible.
